Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including a review of medical history and physical assessments, to tailor individualized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment options to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting realistic, achievable goals for rehabilitation.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress and the evolving best practices in healthcare, demonstrating flexibility in your approach to therapy.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, consulting with physicians and other specialists as necessary to modify treatment plans and address any changes in patient condition.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely, covering everything from initial evaluations to progress notes and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage your time effectively to meet productivity expectations, including maintaining an accurate appointment schedule and being punctual for all meetings.

Qualifications
