Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians, analyzing their individual needs and creating tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and adapt treatment strategies that effectively address orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to assist patients in achieving their functional goals and improved quality of life.
• Regularly assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure goals are met.
• Engage in patient education and training, offering guidance to caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and at-home exercises.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with patients and their families to foster trust and cooperation.
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the clinical team by participating in team meetings and collaborating on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an integral part of our team, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. You will have the opportunity to treat individuals at various stages of recovery, utilizing evidence-based care practices to ensure each patient reaches their highest potential. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing and computer software.
• A genuine enthusiasm for building relationships with patients and contributing positively to their rehabilitation journey.

Preferred Experience

While a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, we also welcome candidates with a Bachelor’s degree who are committed to pursuing further education. Those with experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation or sports medicine will have a distinct advantage, as familiarity with varied treatment modalities can further enhance our patient care offerings.

Compensation and Benefits

Prairie Lakes PT Services LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes performance-based incentives, reimbursement for local and national organization dues and license renewal fees, fitness incentives, insurance options, an employee assistance program, and generous paid parental leave.
