Administrative Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Support team member to join our purchasing department. This is an in-office position that provides administrative and data entry support to the purchasing team. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a collaborative office environment. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintain purchasing records. Enter and update information in company databases and systems. Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks and documentation. Verify information for accuracy and completeness. Organize electronic files and maintain records. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic computer skills, including experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes. Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous administrative or office experience is a plus but not required.
