Business Development & Marketing Officer

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Business Development & Marketing Officer to support the promotion of apprenticeships and commercial opportunities across the University. Working as part of the Business Development, Research & Innovation (BDRI) Directorate, you’ll play a key role in translating marketing objectives into engaging campaigns, building relationships with employers and prospective learners, and helping to grow our apprenticeship provision. Roles & Responsibilities Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote apprenticeships and commercial opportunities Supporting employer engagement activity and identifying new business development opportunities Coordinating outreach events and activities to attract prospective apprentices and learners Creating engaging marketing content and ensuring websites and communications remain accurate and up to date What you will bring to the role Experience delivering marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery and evaluation Experience creating engaging content and digital marketing activity, including social media campaigns Experience of business-to-business sales, marketing or employer engagement Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines What we can offer in return As a member of our team, you can expect a friendly, open and collaborative working environment and support in your development and wellbeing.
