Blacks Valley Ag is growing our team and is currently hiring multiple Full-Time Office Assistants at our Durand, Wisconsin location.

We are a family-owned agricultural business that has proudly served Western Wisconsin since 1990. We are looking for dependable, organized, and friendly individuals who enjoy working with people and can keep things moving in a busy office environment.

What Youll Do

As an Office Assistant, you will help support our customers, employees, and daily business operations.

Responsibilities may include:

• 
  

  Answer and direct incoming phone calls



• 
  

  Greet and assist customers



• 
  

  Provide friendly and professional customer service



• 
  

  Enter and maintain information in company computer systems



• 
  

  Process paperwork, orders, invoices, and other business documents



• 
  

  Assist with data entry and general recordkeeping



• 
  

  Maintain organized electronic and paper files



• 
  

  Communicate with customers, drivers, applicators, warehouse staff, and other team members



• 
  

  Help coordinate customer orders and service requests



• 
  

  Assist with billing and other basic office functions as assigned



• 
  

  Prepare, review, and organize documents for accuracy



• 
  

  Respond to customer questions or direct them to the appropriate team member



• 
  

  Perform general administrative and clerical duties



• 
  

  Assist other departments during busy periods



• 
  

  Take on additional office responsibilities as needed

  Previous office, administrative, customer service, bookkeeping, or data entry experience is a plus



• 
  

  Agricultural experience is helpful but not required
