• Ability to implement recommendations from licensed educators and adapt to different learning styles.
• Enthusiasm for assisting students with academic, social, and behavioral goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional related coursework is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students based on individual needs and learning plans.
• Assist lead teachers in classroom management, lesson preparation, and instructional activities.
• Encourage and foster safe, inclusive, and respectful learning experiences.
• Help students stay focused, organize materials, and complete assignments.
• Communicate student progress and observations to teaching staff.
• Participate actively in school meetings, training sessions, and collaborative planning.
