Accounts Payable Specialist

Fast Growing company seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their collaborative Accounting team in Burlington, MA. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive and knowledgeable team while contributing to a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. What You’ll Do As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial operations and building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. Responsibilities Include: Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Reviewing invoices for approvals and supporting documentation before ERP entry Reconciling invoices against purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and related charges Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies in a timely manner Responding professionally to internal and external inquiries via phone, email, and video conferencing Ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and confidentiality standards Supporting additional accounting and administrative projects as needed What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who thrives in a team environment, takes ownership of their work, and approaches challenges with a positive, proactive mindset.
