Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments by obtaining comprehensive medical histories and performing thorough physical examinations.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and lab tests to evaluate cardiovascular health accurately.
• Prescribe tailored pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments based on individual patient needs, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
• Document all patient information meticulously, including progress notes, treatment plans, and patient communications, ensuring the accuracy of medical records.
• Monitor and review patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in consultation with supervising physicians.
• Foster open communication with patients and their families about health maintenance, disease management, and treatment options, enhancing patient understanding and engagement.

Qualifications
