Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual client goals, ensuring each plan is revisited and updated according to progress.

• Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant mental health practices and participate in professional development opportunities including workshops and conferences.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress diligently in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
