Server | Part Time

Title: Server Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience) +perks Job Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time Hourly Schedule & Hours: 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM, hours subject to availability; a minimum regular availability of two weeknights required (Monday-Friday). Sedgebrook is seeking a friendly, hospitality-focused Server to join our dining team. No formal serving experience is required - we're happy to train the right person. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing warm, attentive service, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents. Key Responsibilities * Create a welcoming, positive dining experience for residents and guests. * Provide gracious, courteous, and attentive table service. * Take orders, deliver meals, and respond to resident requests with care. * Answer menu-related questions confidently (training provided). * Set tables and maintain workstations in an organized, clean manner. * Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards. * Follow food quality, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times. What We're Looking For * A friendly customer-service-oriented attitude. * Interest in hospitality, service, and working with older adults. * Willingness to learn - serving experience is preferred but not required. * Must be 16 years or older. * Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. * Experience working with seniors is a plus, but not required. * Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
