This individual will play a key leadership role in driving analytics strategy, governance, and execution to deliver high-quality reporting solutions aligned with organizational goals.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the Epic Cogito suite, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing analytics teams in complex healthcare environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the intake, triage, prioritization, and execution of enterprise analytics requestsDefine and implement build, security, and data segmentation strategies across reporting environmentsEstablish, maintain, and enforce enterprise-wide Cogito security policiesPartner with stakeholders to develop and facilitate data governance processes and committeesOversee reporting implementation scope and ensure solutions align with business objectivesDrive analytics initiatives from planning and design through go-live and post-implementation optimizationMonitor team productivity, performance, and overall delivery successCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication and address workflow gapsCoordinate with training teams to support end-user adoption, education, and satisfactionMaintain processes for analytics catalog usage and request trackingReview system upgrades and manage implementation, communication, and training related to updatesSupport Business Intelligence teams in identifying and delivering optimal reporting solutions
