Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Location: Safety Harbor, Florida • Specialty: Home Health • Employment Type: Staff (Full Time) • Duration: Ongoing BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team full time. We provide adult and geriatric clients with per‑visit care throughout Pinellas and Pasco counties. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with the patient’s needs. Make home visits to clients within designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up on, execute, and accurately document doctors’ orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Provide case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services, utilizing a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
