BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct home health visits in Calvert County, Maryland. Visits are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is offered. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients within the assigned geographic territory. Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders. Conduct client assessments as necessary. Engage in case management and coordination activities. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in MD. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by transcript or diploma. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
