Principal Legal Specialist

Eurofins PSS seeks a Principal Legal Specialist to manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through compliance and renewal. The role involves collaborating with clients, leadership, and counsel to ensure regulatory alignment and business continuity across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized master service agreement templates and related documents
• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contract agreements
• Oversee contract renewal cycles and ensure timely compliance and execution
• Manage contract data systems and maintain accurate, up-to-date contract files
• Provide training to leadership and business development teams on contract negotiation standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; paralegal degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of related contract or legal experience
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Strong written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Demonstrated understanding of client confidentiality and compliance requirements
