WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide executive-level administrative support to the Owner/CEO

• Answer phones and professionally assist clients, tenants, vendors, and business partners

• Manage calendars, appointments, scheduling, and email correspondence

• Organize contracts, leases, listings, transaction files, and company records

• Maintain CRM databases and client information

• Assist with commercial real estate transactions and administrative coordination

• Create marketing flyers, brochures, and presentations using Canva and Microsoft Office

• Coordinate office operations and support company growth initiatives

• Assist with special projects and executive tasks as needed

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent English and Spanish

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and online systems

• Reliable transportation

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
