Are you a motivated professional looking for a chance to jump start your career? Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa Attorneys at Law is looking for a full-time receptionist for the West Palm Beach/Port St. Lucie office. The receptionist manages the front desk and performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The receptionist is the first point of contact for Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa and must be friendly, professional, bilingual and have excellent customer service skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Greeting clients
- Mail Processing
- Faxing, copying, and scanning documents
- Assisting with overflow from Personal Injury or Workers' Compensation Departments
- Maintaining kitchen and office supply inventory
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail oriented self-starter
- Excellent customer service skills
- Microsoft office experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Organizational and communication skills
- Good grammar
