Territory: Pennsylvania & New Jersey
Industry: Commercial & Hotel Cleaning Services
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience) + commission
Job Description:
We are a growing commercial cleaning company specializing in hotel and commercial facilities, seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our client base across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This role is focused on developing new business relationships and promoting our professional cleaning services.
- Identify and pursue new commercial and hotel cleaning opportunities in PA and NJ
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, hotel management, and commercial clients
- Present and promote company services to prospective clients
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts
- Close new business and meet sales targets
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Experience in commercial or hotel services is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $55,000–$65,000
- Commission with strong earning potential
