Salesforce Release Manager

Release Management / DevOps
Release Planning & Coordination: Define and manage release calendars, schedules, and milestones. Coordinate releases across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Align multiple teams and workstreams into a single release plan.
Deployment Management: Oversee deployments using tools such as CI/CD pipelines, metadata deployment tools. Manage change sets, version control, and release artifacts. Ensure rollback and contingency plans are in place.
Environment Management: Maintain and govern Sandboxes (Dev, QA, UAT, Full Copy). Ensure environment stability and data consistency. Coordinate environment refreshes and data seeding DevOps & Process Governance.
Define and enforce release processes, branching strategies, and standards. Work with teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automation. Ensure adherence to Security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate release risks, dependencies, and conflicts. Lead go/no-go decision meetings. Coordinate issue resolution during deployments.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide release status updates, deployment reports, and dashboards. Communicate impacts and timelines to Business stakeholders and leadership.
Must Have:
- 12+ years of experience in release management / DevOps
- 3+ years working with Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment models
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git)
