Chabad of Hawaii is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. This role is essential to ensure smooth, efficient administrative functioning and clear, professional communication across all areas of our work. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Provide direct administrative support to the Rabbi and Rebbetzin, including scheduling, correspondence, and task follow-through Assist in maintaining organizational data with accuracy and discretion Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and warmth Organize files, records, and internal systems to ensure efficiency and accessibility Track tasks and projects to completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Capable of handling additional administrative and operational needs as they arise in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized Prior office or administrative experience required Quick and accurate typist Strong follow-through skills; able to see tasks through thoroughly from start to finish Fully fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) Professional, discreet, and dependable Salary commensurate with experience.
