Director, Government Pricing & Operations - Remote

Servier

Servier is seeking a Director of Government Pricing and Operations in Boston. You will lead the pricing engine, ensure compliant reporting to federal and state programs, and manage complex rebate adjudications and class-of-trade validations. The role drives policy updates and contractual considerations across government pricing programs. The position requires 8-10+ years in pharma/biotech with deep CMS/Medicaid expertise, and leadership of analyst teams.
