What You’ll Be DoingAs our Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our business, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while supporting our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service processes.
- Managing and mentoring a team to ensure productivity and high-quality service.
- Collaborating with the creative team to coordinate custom event décor projects.
- Streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and meet customer demands.
- Monitoring budgets, expenses, and overall business performance.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on this leadership role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail, events, or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
