On-site Monday to Thursday Job Summary The Project Manager, Program Management - SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation supports a multi-year, enterprise SAP S/4HANA business transformation by coordinating a portfolio of initiatives across Business Owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners. This role focuses on end-to-end Data management capabilities. Operating within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), this role ensures initiatives are aligned to business priorities, governed consistently, integrated across workstreams, and supported by strong business readiness and adoption planning. This role acts as a connector between strategy and execution, providing portfolio-level visibility, dependency management, and readiness coordination without owning wave-level deployment delivery. Essential Duties Data Workstream Planning and Execution – ensure scope, deliverables, and execution plans are established, communicated, and monitored across multiple data, analytics, and reporting workstreams. Master Data Management and Governance, Data Migration, SAP Data Design, Reporting and Analytics. Drive coordination and progress across Data workstreams; identify dependencies across workstreams. Manage Data milestones within integrated project plan; ensure Jira details and dependencies are complete for each workstream. Monitor weekly progress with Scrum Masters and Data team leads. Business Owner & Process Owner Engagement – partner with Business Owners and Enterprise Process Owners to clarify objectives, scope, success measures, and decision ownership; build EPO and business participation plans; track commitments; support cross-functional alignment. SAP / IT Coordination – work closely with SAP, Data and IT teams to align priorities; provide visibility into Data delivery progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure integration across process, data, reporting, and technology considerations. Third-Party / System Integrator Coordination – coordinate with System Integrators and third-party partners to ensure alignment to program governance standards; track high-level partner deliverables, dependencies, and risks; support issue escalation. Business Readiness & Adoption Support – coordinate enterprise-level business readiness activities, including readiness baselining, planning, milestone tracking, and participation in design, testing, and training. Risk, Dependency & Value Tracking – maintain a portfolio-level view of risks, issues, and cross-initiative dependencies; support tracking of business benefits, KPIs, and value realization; shift reporting from task completion to business capability and outcome visibility. Key Interfaces Business Owners Process Owners SAP / IT Teams Deployment Directors Data, Change, Training Leads System Integrators Transformation Program Director Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 8+ years project/program management experience, including 3‑5 years supporting SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) transformations with focus on Data management. Experience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators. Strong understanding of end-to-end Data processes. Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and readiness risks.
