The Valet Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently managing the parking and retrieval of residents and guests' vehicles. This position ensures a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure, reflecting positively on the establishment's reputation. The Valet Attendant is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of all vehicles under their care, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills to interact courteously with guests and team members, fostering a positive environment. Ultimately, the Valet Attendant contributes to the overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency of the facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate various types of vehicles safely and confidently.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring mobility and dexterity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and parking regulations.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual language skills to assist a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring no damage occurs during handling.
• Manage keys and vehicle documentation securely, maintaining accurate records throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading belongings as needed, offering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area, including parking lots and service equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate vehicle flow and address any issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating vehicles on the premises.
• Assist the front desk with grocery and food deliveries.
