Responsibilities Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive selling and clienteling. Deliver a consistent, brand-aligned customer experience on the sales floor. Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training. Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing processes (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home). Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual tools. Engage in networking to build clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities. Maintain sales floor standards and ensure store presentation at all times. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred. Strong communication skills with customers and store colleagues. Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel.
