Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional states to understand their needs and challenges.

• Evaluate assessment results, establish treatment goals, and develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients.

• Provide regular individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions to improve communication, resolve differences, and strengthen relationships through structured interventions.

• Document all client interactions diligently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines while maintaining confidentiality.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
