CVOR CST Shift

Will work 3x12s, 6P-630A, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Is on-call REQ? No. Call Holiday requirements: Possible holiday coverage. Years of experience REQ: 2. Experience required: All must be able to scrub all services to include: Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Surg onc, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, Pans/Bili, Endocrine and Bariatric. First-timers accepted: Not preferred. License Required: SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract. Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS-must be AHA Required: Radiation badge. Radiation badge to be provided by agency. What is the local radius rule? 60 miles. Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate. RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be provided at the time of submission. Approvals based on dept needs. Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period). These hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift.

Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
