Immigration Paralegal

We're looking for an experienced immigration paralegal to join our U.S. Immigration Practice based in Coral Gables - Florida.

What you'll do

• Prepare, assemble, and file petitions and applications with USCIS, the Department of State, and DOL, including (I-526E, H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, I-140 EB-1A, EB-2, I-485, I-130, N-400, consular processing, etc.)
• Manage cases from intake through approval, tracking deadlines, priority dates, and status changes
• Draft support letters, RFE responses, and cover letters under attorney supervision
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, gathering documents and keeping them informed
• Monitor policy updates, processing times, and the Visa Bulletin
• Maintain accurate records in case management systems

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal at a law firm or corporate immigration department
• Strong working knowledge of immigration forms and procedures
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Excellent writing skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with immigration case management softwares
