Role Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and articulate Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients in a warm, personable manner. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

• Schedule and confirm appointments for spa services.

• Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and promotions.

• Address and resolve client concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate client records and update appointment schedules.

• Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless client experiences.

• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and solicit feedback on services.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a call center agent or in a customer service role.
• Great Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Not Robotic: Ability to engage with clients in a warm, friendly, and personable manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
