Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, conversion-driven IT Sales Representative (Appointment Setter) to join our core centralized Commercial collective in a full-time remote contract capacity across Brazil, the Philippines, South Africa, and Mexico. Operating as the primary frontline growth accelerator for our multi-client business channels, you will step up to claim individual operational accountability for identifying business prospects, piercing through gatekeepers, and building strong business relationships with key enterprise decision-makers. Shifting completely away from administrative checklist logging or passive text blasting, you will act as a principal pipeline architect—understanding that cold calling is an essential foundational mechanism to convert cold intent into highly qualified meetings. This position requires an outbound sales veteran who handles high-frequency telephony queues fluidly natively using Sales Representative methods, maps lead criteria smoothly natively using Lead Generation frameworks, and structures data lines confidently inside HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Frontline Outbound Dialing: Execute at least 100 high-energy outbound prospecting calls per day to targeted business profiles natively utilizing Sales Representative communication frameworks.
- Decision-Maker Relationship Cultivation: Identify, contact, and engage key business decision-makers, bypassing transactional barriers to establish immediate corporate rapport and professional trust.
- Brand Value Message Delivery: Deliver our specialized core value message clearly, concisely, and persuasively to every qualified corporate prospect encountered during live telephony tracks.
- Qualified Meeting Scheduling: Secure and schedule at least 3 high-probability qualified business appointments per week directly on the Outside Sales team’s calendar, prioritizing face-to-face alignments or high-fidelity Zoom sessions over voice calls.
- Prospect Database Cleansing and Expansion: Build, clean, and continuously maintain a structured prospect database row setup, verifying corporate contact detail rows natively leveraging Lead Generation workflows.
- CRM Telemetry and Activity Tracking: Log, track, and update 100% of outbound pipeline communications, response markers, and meeting statuses cleanly within HubSpot CRM software.
- Goal Management and Performance Reporting: Provide clear, data-backed analytical progress reports tracking your daily, weekly, and quarterly scheduling outputs against target milestone metrics.
- Criteria-Based Prospect Qualification: Cross-examine and screen abstract commercial targets against rigorous qualification criteria to filter out low-intent opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven professional history running advanced B2B outbound cold calling, commercial sales development (SDR), lead generation consulting, telemarketing execution, or account acquisition management.
- Deep, authoritative technical command of business-to-business sales dynamics, active listening frameworks, customer-care telephony rules, and qualifying methodologies.
- Expert-tier capability pitching technological platform services, handling complex objections, and booking executive-level meetings natively utilizing Sales Representative behaviors.
- Practical operational familiarity navigating relational CRM architectures, parsing lead records, and managing calendar software natively using Lead Generation platforms (specifically requiring hands-on experience with HubSpot and MS Office).
- Language Requirements: Absolute, uncompromised mastery of written and spoken **American English**, which must function as your primary language to enable fluid interaction with senior US business leaders.
- Demonstrated history typing rapidly and inputting target service records accurately while simultaneously conducting live prospect conversations.
- Self-motivated, high-energy profile with a proven capacity to work independently and maintain a positive, professional attitude inside a fast-moving, deadline-driven remote framework.
- Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified outreach professionals based permanently and resident within **Brazil**, **the Philippines**, **South Africa**, or **Mexico** to operate under a 100% remote home-office layout.
