What you'll do Operate and troubleshoot professional A/V equipment, including cameras, lighting, projection, audio systems, switchers, and related production technologies. Support video and multimedia projects from planning through final delivery, including filming, editing, and post‑production tasks. Perform non‑linear editing using professional software platforms. Maintain, track, and service production equipment and inventory. Coordinate project requirements with customers and ensure products meet established standards. Set up, transport, and tear down production equipment for on‑site and studio environments. Required Qualifications Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance. Associate degree in a related technical field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in video production, multimedia support, or a similar technical role Experience with professional non‑linear editing systems (e.g., Final Cut, AVID). Working knowledge of studio/field lighting, chroma key, staging, and basic script development. Familiarity with MAC/PC systems, networked environments, and common media production workflows. Understanding of broadcast operations, streaming, and video‑on‑demand platforms. Strong troubleshooting ability across video, audio, and A/V systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Ability to lift and move production equipment. Awareness of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
