Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Commercial Cleaning Services

Job Summary

We are a top-rated commercial cleaning company seeking an experienced and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help grow our client base. This is a part-time, performance-driven sales role ideal for a self-starter with strong door-to-door experience and a go-getter attitude.

The primary responsibility is to visit local businesses, introduce our commercial cleaning services, build relationships with decision-makers, and generate qualified leads that result in proposal opportunities for our team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to businesses within assigned territories.
• Introduce and promote our commercial cleaning services.
• Generate qualified leads and secure opportunities for proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule follow-ups and potential meetings.
• Track daily activity, leads, and prospect feedback.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
• Meet or exceed weekly lead generation goals.
• Communicate market feedback to management.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of door-to-door sales, canvassing, or B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating leads and new business opportunities.
• Experience working independently in a field sales environment.

Skills Needed

• Door-to-door prospecting and sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage business owners and decision-makers confidently.
• Lead generation and appointment-setting abilities.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic smartphone/computer skills for reporting leads.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• GO-GETTER attitude with the ability to work independently and stay motivated.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to walk several miles per day while canvassing.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to enter commercial buildings and climb stairs as needed.
• Ability to carry sales materials (up to 15 lbs).
• Must have the stamina for up to 6 hours of door-to-door prospecting daily.

Requirements

• Must have own reliable vehicle for transportation between assigned territories.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour
• Part-time position (approximately 30 hours per week)
• 6 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Bonus of $10–$20 for every company that requests a proposal
• Hourly pay plus performance-based incentives

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Day shift
