You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met by operating heated press machines and conducting detailed quality checks on rubber stopper pads. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to build manufacturing expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Operate heated press machines and perform routine equipment maintenance - Conduct precise quality checks on rubber stopper pads using hand tools and measurement devices - Safely handle materials and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted - Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines - Utilize mallet hammers and other hand tools effectively - Rotate job tasks and assist with assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow - Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace Required Skills and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent - Up to one year of manufacturing assembly experience - Able to read, write, and comprehend English specifications; basic math skills - Effective verbal and written communication - Comfortable using basic hand tools and measurement devices (e.g., microscopes) - Physically able to stand, walk, and lift 50 lbs regularly - Attention to detail and strong teamwork abilities - Willingness to work night shifts and flexible schedules, including weekends Preferred Skills - Prior experience operating press machines - Familiarity with medical device manufacturing - Experience in non-climate-controlled environments Benefits - Competitive compensation: $17.00/hr base pay plus $1.50/hr night shift differential - Flexible 12-hour night shift schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, including weekends) - Gain hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment - Opportunity for skill development and potential long-term placement - Immediate start available pending background check (no drug screening required) How to Apply Take the next step in your manufacturing career!
