If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesGenerate billing statements according to relevant client agreements and fee schedulesDistribute billing statements to clientsCoordinate debiting client fees from accountsTrack and manage aged accounts receivablesCoordinate fee rebates for terminated clientsWork with Data Integrity and Reporting team to maintain accurate billing-related data in Portfolio Management systemUpdate client billing information when necessaryProvide periodic revenue reporting to leadershipQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum of 3-5 years' experienceExperience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite (competency or ability to learn quickly)Customer service background preferredExcellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requestsAble to work independentlyEnjoy being part of a teamMust be highly flexible and confidential with all client and firm mattersCompetenciesDetail orientationService orientationAction orientationCommunicationResponsivenessFollow-throughPhysical RequirementsThis position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
