Aviva Family and Children’s Services is seeking an HR Assistant to provide administrative support across the Human Resources department. You will maintain personnel files, track clearances, and ensure training records are accurate, while supporting HRIS and Relias databases. The role includes assisting onboarding, preparing new hire packets, processing HR forms, and coordinating communications with Accounting and other departments.
