Email Marketing Coordinator

FitLife Brands, Inc., a leader in health, wellness, and performance nutrition, is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Coordinator to lead email and SMS marketing initiatives across our growing portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys combining strategy, execution, and analytics to create customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in managing high-volume email and SMS programs, optimizing customer communications, and driving customer lifecycle marketing performance across multiple brands.

This is a remote position open to candidates in the US. Minimal travel may be required.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns across multiple brands and business units.
• Build audience segmentation and targeting strategies that improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Manage automated lifecycle marketing programs, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back flows.
• Partner with Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Sales, and Social teams to deliver effective customer communications.
• Oversee email and SMS marketing calendars to support key business initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor deliverability, subscriber engagement, and database health to maximize program performance.
• Analyze campaign performance and use testing, experimentation, and data-driven insights to improve results.
• Track and report on key email and SMS performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for growth.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven success executing email and SMS programs within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) business.
• Experience managing high-volume customer communication programs and campaign calendars.
• Experience supporting multiple brands, product lines, or business units preferred.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar email and SMS marketing technologies.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, deliverability, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be strongly considered.

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 DOE
