Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting educational, psychological, and behavioral assessments
• Strong background in MTSS/RTI, crisis intervention, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, families, and students
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data to identify student needs
• Participate actively in IEP and eligibility meetings, providing recommendations and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address barriers to student learning
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to students
• Support crisis response and intervention plans as needed
• Provide guidance and training to staff on mental health awareness and behavioral strategies
