The Operations Manager will report to the National Operations Manager. This position is responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the out-of-home, public transit and vehicle advertising programs across our Connecticut footprint, including Berlin, Hartford, East Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, Norwalk, and Stamford. Primary responsibilities include supervising operations personnel and subcontractors, coordinating, scheduling and managing the installation, removal and maintenance of all advertising copy and receiving, checking in and storing of materials, and overseeing the activities listed below. This position will work closely with our sales and operations teams, our external vendors and transit partners, and on occasion directly with our clients. This position works our normal office hours (M-F) and will require occasional night or weekend work as needed.
