Ethics and Compliance Specialist - Anti-Corruption

Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Specialist for Anti-Corruption, you will execute our firm’s global Anti-Corruption program.You will assist with the implementation of specific aspects of the Anti-Corruption program, including refining and enforcing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable Anti-Corruption laws and E&C program obligations.You will support our Anti-Corruption program and initiatives with a focus on charitable donations, recruiting and hiring, as well as third-party intermediaries.As a member of the Client & Regulatory Compliance team and E&C function, you will be expected to be a contributor and thought partner within the function, in addition to supporting key organizational, operational, or strategic initiatives, as relevant.You will be required to engage in regionally focused initiatives, such as infusing our integrity agenda, under the direction and coordination of our regional E&C leaders, the purpose of which is to raise awareness of and further our firm’s E&C program, and other agreed-upon supporting activities in your region or location.Collaboration is a key aspect of this role. You will collaborate with a cross-functional group (e.g., Legal, Risk, Global Social Responsibility) across our firm in a timely and efficient manner. You will collaborate with the broader E&C function, and Legal to drive awareness, training, and monitoring measures for the Anti-Corruption program to ensure it is fully embedded in practice and is holistic in approach.Finally, you will play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our firm’s E&C program and upholding our commitment to integrity and lawful practices.You will be part of McKinsey’s Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function and will be based in one of our locations in the Americas (Dallas, Denver, Houston, Phoenix, Tampa, San Jose, Mexico City, or Santiago). The E&C function’s mission is to manage risks to our firm, our clients, and our people, while also enabling our firm’s client impact and innovation. The E&C function is a globally integrated team within the second line of defense of our firm. McKinsey has an E&C program that is structured in a way that ensures that it is well designed, empowered to function effectively, and works in practice. Our E&C program includes a clear message that misconduct is not tolerated as well as policies, procedures, training, monitoring and consequence management to ensure the program is well-integrated into our Firm’s operations and workforce. Your role is within our Client & Regulatory Compliance pillar, which is responsible for building and enhancing E&C programs to ensure our firm adheres to regulatory requirements.The deadline for applying for this role is March 13, 2026.
