Middle School Visual Arts Teacher at Dr. Richard Izquierdo Health & Science Charter School Base Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year. at least 2 years prior teaching art in middle/high school preferred NYS certification in Visual Arts preferred Demonstrated success working in non-traditional and/or urban school setting Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with educational technology (SMART Board, student laptops, Supervisory Responsibilities None Position Type & Expected Hours of Work Full-time, 10-month position. On-site only. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, plus any special events. Salary Range $70,000.00–$95,000.00 annually (Based on experience) Travel Minimum to no travel required.
