Job Description Job Description Temptron Engineering is seeking a small parts production Assembler in the aerospace industry, looking for energetic full time employees to become an integral part of our team! You will perform assembly tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. We are willing to train the right candidates for long term employment. Responsibilities: Work with a team to assemble entire products or components Rotate through tasks for specific production processes Conduct quality inspections on products and parts Prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and orderly work area Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields is a plus Familiarity with small assembly hand tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Ability to work well in teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment \nCompany Description Commercial & Military Aerospace Design and Manufacturing of thermocouple sensors We offer long term employment, 401K with company percentage participation, Sick and Vacation days, company subsidized Medical, along with Dental and Vision employee add-ons.
