Optimum Performance Institute in Stafford, TX seeks a Behavioral Health Associate to join our Transitional Living Program as a Direct Support Mentor. You will support residents with daily living needs, engage in experiential therapies, and help build life skills in a structured, healing environment. The role offers multiple shifts and a starting pay rate of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. Candidates should be 21+, with a high school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred and training #J-18808-Ljbffr Optimum Performance Institute
