Job Description Field Service Technician – Culligan of Yarmouth, ME Job Details Full‑time position; pay negotiable based on experience; includes health benefits package and extensive equipment training. Install, upgrade, and maintain water softener systems, drinking water systems, UV light systems, filters, and related equipment. Educate customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Build long‑lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure positive customer experience. Maintain product inventory; maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Assist other departments with delivery and installation of products. Follow all safety protocols and company regulations. Communicate positively with customers and maintain public relations. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED. Minimum two years of related technical experience. Excellent verbal and written customer communication skills; responsible for completing paperwork at customer site. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task and troubleshoot. Must wear safety equipment as required; tasks may involve physical exertion up to lifting 150 lbs. Other Information Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred). Location: Yarmouth, ME 04096 – Must commute; relocation required before starting work.
