• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples meticulously for analysis as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, provide guidance to new staff or students, and ensure compliance with lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, secure work environment while following all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education and Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess an equivalent allied health degree while preparing for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain an active certification throughout your tenure.
