Sales & Marketing Coordinator Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay: $25–$26/hour (Based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Temp-to-Hire Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Indianapolis, IN. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing and provide support to leadership across the Sales, Marketing, and Equipment divisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, professional, and comfortable juggling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will have previous sales or marketing coordination experience, strong CRM skills, and polished professional communication. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and project support to Sales and Marketing leadership Manage customer contacts and sales leads within the CRM system Monitor incoming customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate team members Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, forms, and other business materials Maintain customer, distributor, and representative contracts and track important dates and milestones Assist with sales quotes, templates, price books and related documentation Coordinate schedules, meetings, customer visits, corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and seminars Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, and other travel requirements Assist with marketing materials, promotional literature, samples, and internal communications Provide occasional front desk and phone coverage Support additional Sales and Marketing projects as needed Qualifications Associate degree required; Marketing or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role Previous CRM experience required; Salesforce strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional business etiquette Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information appropriately Comfortable communicating with customers and employees at all levels of an organization Ability to type approximately 50 WPM If you’re organized, enjoy working with people, and like being the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pro Resources Staffing Services
