Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview We're looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing efforts across the Ideal Food Group family of brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll help execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content, coordinate events, manage digital marketing initiatives, and ensure our brands are consistently represented across all customer touchpoints. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple industries—including retail, restaurants, food distribution, manufacturing, and catering—making every day unique. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events across multiple brands. Create and capture photo and video content for retail stores, restaurants, production facilities, events, and social media. Maintain company-wide marketing calendars for promotions, product launches, holidays, and campaigns. Manage social media content calendars and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms. Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications. Design marketing materials including flyers, signage, menus, advertisements, digital graphics, and sales collateral. Update and maintain company websites with current promotions, products, events, and content. Coordinate vendor promotions, in-store sampling events, community events, and trade shows. Execute advertising campaigns, including Meta and Google platforms. Track marketing performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports on campaign effectiveness. Support public relations initiatives, sponsorships, partnerships, and community outreach. Work closely with sales, operations, restaurant management, and retail teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals. Help maintain brand standards and consistency across all Ideal Food Group companies. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Comfortable creating photo and video content using smartphones and cameras. Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing software, and website content management systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Experience in the food, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or consumer products industry is a plus. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally between company locations.
