Responsibilities include formulating new business proposals, developing company forecasts and valuations, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios and preparing documents related to the public issuance of stock.**Job Description**Responsibilities:* Make authoritative recommendations about technical or professional solutions that would significantly improve business performance.* Develop innovative solutions by integrating and analyzing complex and diverse information sources.* Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term.
