Account Manager

Kaddas Enterprises is a global leader in wildlife and asset protection solutions, helping utilities reduce wildlife‑caused power outages and improve system reliability. Our innovative products support substation, distribution, and transmission infrastructure around the world with proven, high‑performance solutions. We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, support key sales initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys combining relationship management with strategic sales support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build strong, long‑term relationships. Support customers through phone and email. Partner with Regional Sales Managers to onboard new clients, support quotes and samples, and grow existing accounts. Ensure timely delivery of products and solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and clearly communicate progress on customer initiatives. Monitor account activity and key metrics to support customer success and sales performance. Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and accounting, to resolve issues and support customers effectively. Deliver exceptional day‑to‑day service while contributing to a positive, solutions‑oriented team environment.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or a related role. Strong communication, presentation, listening, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to deliver customer‑focused solutions and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. Strong teamwork, time management, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
