Accounting Manager

We're looking for an Accounting Manager who enjoys bringing order to complexity, solving problems, and helping a growing business run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with sales, operations, fulfillment, customers, and vendors to ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and actionable. Pay: $85K - $90K annually Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision 401k with match Life Insurance 7 paid holidays PTO - flexible, following company policy Own the Numbers Manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices and weekly payment processing. Create and manage customer invoices and apply customer payments accurately and timely. Monitor accounts receivable aging and partner with internal teams to support collections efforts. Process cash applications across multiple payment methods including checks, ACH, credit cards, and wire transfers. Record and maintain banking activity within the accounting system. Prepare and file quarterly Sales & Use Tax returns. Perform monthly account reconciliations and support month-end close activities. Prepare and record journal entries and financial adjustments. Improve the Process Identify opportunities to improve accounting and operational workflows. Recommend and implement best practices that increase efficiency and accuracy. Help ensure financial information supports informed business decisions. Collaborate across departments to solve problems and improve processes. Support the Business Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Communicate financial information clearly and professionally. Qualifications 3–5 years of accounting experience. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations. Experience working in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of BOM roll‑ups and cost absorption from raw materials through finished goods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
