Industry Banking Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for Underwriting and Portfolio Management to join its U.S. Lending platform. The successful candidate will be part of a specialized credit team with a focus on evaluating and managing complex commercial lending transactions, particularly in the areas of asset-based, equipment finance, and energy-related facilities. This role involves leading the underwriting and credit analysis for middle market C&I loans, including various loan structures, and requires a deep understanding of borrower financials, market conditions, and risk assessment. The VP will also be responsible for preparing credit memoranda, managing a diverse loan portfolio, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a strong background in credit analysis and underwriting, with experience in middle market C&I loans.
