Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
